1. Planning Your Office Layout

Assess Your Space: Measure the area to determine how much furniture you can fit. A way to make this easy is to put some masking tape down and out line your desk and furniture so you can stand back and see how it will all fit.

•Consider Workflow: Think about the layout that promotes efficiency and collaboration.

2. Choosing the Right Furniture

Modular vs. Fixed Furniture: Discuss the flexibility of modular furniture for changing needs. With years of experience our team can offer you the best advice on what would suit your needs.

•Style: There are a lot of different styles out there today from the old but reliable slab end desks to the more modern metal frame base options. Most of these are easy to assemble but it is worth asking our sales team on install requirements before purchase.

•Ergonomics: Highlight the importance of ergonomic designs for comfort and health.

3. Tools You Might Need

•List basic tools (e.g., screwdriver, hammer, Allen wrench) and any specific tools that may come with the furniture.

We have been working on adding tools required for assemble on each item online. If unsure you can check with us before purchasing.

•Read Instructions: Encourage reading all assembly instructions beforehand. Most of our products come with easy-to-understand installation instructions.

•Organize Parts: Lay out all pieces and hardware for easy access. Please check contents of box carefully when unpacking as it easy to discard the assembly screws etc that can get caught up in the rubbish when unpacking. Some are also taped to the inside of the packing box.

5. Assembly Instructions and Tips

A. Desks & Storage

1.Carefully Check Install Instructions in each box as some desks come in multiple boxes for ease of delivery.

2.For most desks it is best to build them upside down.

3.Some desktops come with pre-drilled holes, but others may have no holes and use self-tapping screws.

B. Chairs

1.Chairs are generally easy to install with some now coming as no tools required but most may use either a couple screws and most come with Alan Key supplied.

2.TIP: with some chairs with arms and back all attached separately, do not tighten all screws at first which will allow for some movement to line up other screws, then tighten when all are in.

3.Adjust height and features.

Summary

Most of our products are easy to install with the right tools and following the instructions. Some will require 2 people to help lift.

There are products that are more difficult and we do recommend professional installation which we can provide. Products like 2 pack pain reception counters multiple modular desking with cable management.
